6. Children's Privacy
Our Site is not intended for children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 16 without verification of parental consent, we will take steps to remove that information from our servers.

We use Netlify to host our Site. Netlify's servers are primarily located in the United States, but they utilize a global Content Delivery Network (CDN). This means that while the primary data processing may occur in the United States, cached copies of your website content (which may include some usage data) may be stored on servers located in various countries around the world to improve website performance for users in different regions. Netlify's data processing practices are governed by their Privacy Policy and their GDPR compliance information.
Additionally, as we use Google AdSense and Google Analytics, your information may be transferred to and processed by Google on servers located in various countries around the world, including the United States. Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA), and where the destination country has not been deemed by the European Commission to provide an adequate level of data protection, we and our service providers (including Netlify and Google) ensure a similar degree of protection is afforded to it by implementing at least one of the following safeguards:
- We will only transfer your personal data to countries that have been deemed to provide an adequate level of protection for personal data by the European Commission.
- Where we use certain service providers, we may use specific contracts approved by the European Commission which give personal data the same protection it has in Europe (called Standard Contractual Clauses).
